ELL program gets federal grant
The Wellesley Free Library has been awarded an important grant from the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. The “Conversation Circles Grant” will open the Wellesley ESL (English as a Second Language) program to more Wellesley residents and employees seeking English language learning.
