Our grant enabled the Wellesley Board of Health and the Youth Commission to certify twenty community instructors in suicide prevention techniques and to launch a comprehensive suicide prevention website: www.wellesleyacts.org. The program has been so successful that subsequent suicide prevention training sessions have been filled to capacity, extending the reach of this critical service.
